problems placing order

hello all, just wondering if anyone has problems trying to complete their order on the website. when i click the checkout link, it will not switch to the checkout page. i have had problems with this new website in the past, but sooner or later i could get my order through. this time it won't work at all. i first placed my order last night and was unable to complete it. i tried again today, same thing.

i don't know why i have so many glitches with this new website. i order alot of stuff online throughout the month, and this is the only one i consistently have problems with.

any help is appreciated, thanks.

Sorry monster kitty for any problems. We moved our server to Florida, paid a fortune for a super high tech server and are reworking the codes for true efficiency. We are now changing our shopping cart to a brand new cart along the lines of eBay and amazon. That is the future of our company for the coming decades so we apologize for any delays and problems you are experiencing but we promise a whole new world when this is done.
Like all companies experiencing growth pains, our successes have been our downfalls. But Pam and I are not about profit. So we have put a large quantity of our income into fixing the online division of our company.
Please bear with us and I promise you a whole new world from fsusa.

I've been trying for three days to order. This weekend, it just dumped my cart. Last night, I couldn't sign in. Today, I put 31 items in my cart successfully Just to have it time out when I was trying to sign in. Then, it timed out trying to get to my cart or to the checkout. I've cleared my cache and tried both Safari and Chrome. I gave up and called to order over the phone, but the woman said that wasn't allowed. When I explained the problem to her, she told me to refresh my browser. I kept saying I had, but all she could say was that it let her sign in. At least this time I hand wrote all of the products I want. I am desperate to give you my money! Please take it! Tell me how I can order. I don't want to have to find a new supplier. I like your products. PLEASE HELP ME BUY THEM!
