I had my PV disassembled in my PCC and had juice in 3ml bottles. The TSA rules say liquids have to be in no more than 3oz bottles and in a ziplock. I didn't have any issues bringing them with me when i flew from hawaii to philly on 2 different airlines

I also put everything in my carry on before i go thru security. I figure if it's in my bag i'm less likely to be questioned about it then if i put in in the tray by itself.

I've read several posts here about this airline banning e-cigs and that airline banning e-cigs... But, I travel every week and take mine right through (fully assembled and ready to go). Even use it in the line to go through security, at the gate and on the plane itself. No big deal... I just whip it out and use it. Don't even get a second stare from other passengers or employees. Just act like you're SUPPOSED to be doing it and the rest falls right in line. Every once in a great while, I'll have someone ask me if those "things" really work....LOL

I fly every so often on business, and was wondering if there were any issues taking PVs and juice through security. I'd hate to run into any issues and wind up having to buy analogs until I got back home.

Thanks!

Search around a bit. This subject has been covered ad nauseam here. Generally accepted through security unless you get a militant TSA rep - but not contraband and you can take it with you (be under the liquid requirement of course). YMMV with whether or not vaping is accepted in flight. Up to the carrier.
