Problems with AGR carto tank

Anyone having problems with the connection between the locking ring and the PV. Fully tightened, I get a low load error. The smallest turn to loosen works great, a little more loosening and it doesn't see the carto. Just wondering if this is a common problem with this tank or if there are adjustments I can make to the locking ring.
