Problems with ecigz supplier Cam.

Hi im having real comunication problems with cam at ecigz london i bought the new AD complete cap from him on the 19/04 got dispatched 21/04 received 24/04 but it had damage to the collection tank emailed Cam about a replacement got a response on the 25/04 that i was to post item back and a replacement will be sent out straight away.
So i posted it back with tracking on the 26/04 and waited for the replacement i emailed cam on the 30/04 as it still had not turned up asking if/when i should receive it.
01/05 i get a reply sorry mike will try and post out today:ohmy:

Had a shipped notice for the 02/05 thought great will be here soon as he only works 60 miles away 04/05 i emailed again as it still hadnt turned up got an email on the 05/05 saying there was a mixup and the package had my address but no name on it and was sent back but in my eyes mail does not need a name to be delivered.

So again nothing emailed Cam on the 08/05 as still nothing im at my witts end i really am Imeo can you boot him up the backside for me lol.

Hi Mike, apologies, you're right the package could have still been sent but my assistant was worried so she brought it back.

Package was sent out Sat morn 1st class so should have arrived yesterday but is probably slightly delayed due to the Bank Holiday. I will email you again tomorrow to see if it has arrived.
