problems with evo?

ive got a problem with my evo, its a v2 or v2.1 and most of my cartos do not work. it just blinks white 3 times... im not over tightening them at all, in fact, im using a smoktech carto tank so i cant over tighten. the o-rings are loose so the tank just spins around the carto. but no matter what i do i get the 3 white lights. yesterday i got the switch replaced and a couple hours later i got the same issue... anyone know whats going on? i can still use a carto if i loosen it with about a 1/4 - 1/2 turn but by then its too loose and will rattle. it seems like i do have one older carto that still works on it, but that is out of 10-15 cartos! even open up a new box and none of the 5 worked.

It sounds like the center pin/post is either out too far on the cartos and making it "short" the device when tightened down normally or you might just need to adjust the center post on the EVO.If the o-ring separating the center post(+) from the body(-) is out of place,worn,or damaged any pressure can cause the "short".

I also have this problem. Was about to add post a new topic till I saw this thread with no solution. Hoping some mod guru will pop in and give a fix.

Same problem here too with my second head on this Evo..can't find the solution so far!!! The only way to make it work is to run it with boge carto loose 3 turns on it or else it shorts out flashing white !!!

This device is full of problems.. My Evo blinks 3 times when I attach the battery and that's it.. Dead.. I contacted the house of vapor and they offering me to buy another head which is almost the price of the full pv.. And my evo never worked even ones. That's what the previous owner told me. I can not afford that kind of customer service in my business..

I'M very lucky cause mine is being exchange for a Lavatube after the second head, i bought mine at Vaporus.com and the service is out of this world .....Song will bend backwards to get you satisfied !!!!

Without anything attached it simply blinks white 3 times. Annoying. Already messaged 310 vapers. I hope they will send me a new one. If this is a sign to the durability of the evo than I guess I better look for a new device. .... what a shame, but I guess that's what you get from a 'Made In China' device.. Should've known..
