I don't know what's been going on with my VK lately. I'll take a puff, it'll work fine and then it'll stop working. I had that happen a few months ago with one of the batteries but figured it was because I dropped it. It hasn't worked since, no matter how many times I've charged it. But I never dropped this one and now it's doing the same thing and has been for about three weeks.. I've charged it overnight and still get the same results. I've also changed cartridges and brands but no go. I asked for sighted assistance and was told the light worked properly as it charged. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Could it be because I left a cartridge on it for awhile and didn't smoke it? I really enjoy this ecig and it would be ashame if I had to throw it away. On the other hand, the deals for a new starter kit are sweet so I might consider that when I can afford another. Thanks.

Did you possibly refill a cart and use it right away and get liquid in the batt? Or in any possible way get any kind of liquid in the batt? That might cause it to fail or act funky.

I don't drip or even deal with ejuice for precisely that reason. I'm totally blind and trying to put a tiny bit of liquid into a tiny space can only mean disaster, especially if it has nicotine cause I'll get it all over my hands. So there must be another reason.

Yes. I read it and sincerely appreciate your offer. This is what I mean by excellent service. I'll definitely consider it. I only hope that it's the actual battery that's messed up in that case and not the charger. I love your cartridges and my VK, but I don't have the money to make an investment of any kind right now unless I'm fairly certain it'll work. I think I got it a few months ago but don't have the email in front of me at the moment.

Just a note to users out there who refill there carts. It is not a great idea to refill your carts via the battery end let alone the mouth end. This surely will cause juice to enter the cart, through the airhole and eventually into your batteries.
The best way is to pop open the mouth end and drip 12-15 drops along the side of the cart and roll it around abit and let it sit over night.
The airhole is where the heating element is located and it is protected by another cover of some type. This protective cover keeps the juice from the filler material from seeping into the airhole and eventually the battery.
It is also a good idea that each night before you put your batteries to charge that you wipe them down, especially the threads. You'll notice that after a while you'll find build up on the threads. If it's on the threads, it may well be inside the battery as well thus shortening it's lifespan. You may also end up spreading some of that buildup on the threads of your chargers as well. I wipe down my threads every night and keep them as clean as possible.
When not using the vapor king, store it away from any heat and the sun in a horizontal position with an end cap on the mouth piece end. This too will stop any juice from leaking from the mouth piece into the battery. You can also just unscrew the cart from the battery as well.

I got my VK 12 days ago and both the batteries went bad. Talked to Steve on Monday and he told me that he would send out replacements right away. I got home today and had them in the mailbox. Talk about fast. I was so excited! Trying to vape on the batteries that came with my kit was like sucking on a straw in a very very thick milkshake. It will wear you out! LOL. Steve, thanks for getting them to me so fast. I love my VK and I have been smokefree for 12 days.
