Problems with order from "capellaflavordrops.com"

I placed a order on the 10th and they charged my card. I have not received my order, any notice of shipping or any communication from them.
I have sent 3 emails and left 3 phone messages and no one returns any type of communication.

So they have my money and so far have left me hanging out to dry.:grr:

Has anyone dealt with them, and if so, how did it go for you?

Capella's has always worked this way. They are seemingly a small company and work on few employees and will make their flavors in batches.
It has been awhile since I ordered from them, but this is my recollection. Get the money, takes a week to process and then it gets sent, so somewhere around a 2 week turn around.

Oh, pooh, I hate to hear this. I was going to place an order with them in a few days. I chose them because I make homemade yogurt and thought I would use their flavors in both yogurt and nicotine. But, even if they do deliver eventually, I don't really want to deal with a company that doesn't communicate well.

Come to think of it, I suppose any of the DIY flavor companies would work for flavoring food, since they are food flavorings. :D Does anybody else here flavor yogurt with your nicotine DIY stuff? What do you use?

Oh, good, TG, thanks for that update. I'll know now not to freak out if my order takes too long and that they'll take care of any problems that might come up.

Their flavors look delicious. Let us know how you like them. I really do want to try some in yogurt. I wonder if I take a bite of Strawberries n Cream yogurt and then vape some right afterward if my taste buds will explode? Only one way to find out.
