denise, you can always send Mark or Chad a PM with your order info, or try submitting a ticket thru customer service. My 1st order yesterday didn't take the discount, so I opened a ticket and they said they would handle it. Give it a try; worked for me.
yeahhhhhhhhhhh! I am only a day late but was FINALLY able to get order to go through! (the 35% worked to day)
