Just tried 17 track. First package that was listed as label created not yet in system,is leaving Chinese province for airport. Second shipment is on plane for destination.
Thanks I forgot about this tracking system now I can actually see my package movements.
The problem isn't just with FT.
I placed an order with sourcemore on the 16th. Everything I ordered showed to be in stock. They wrote me the same day that a tank that I ordered was no longer available in stainless and would I accept it in black. I wrote them back immediately that the black would be okay.
It's now been a week since I ordered and their site still shows the order as processing. I've heard nothing more from them even though I've written to ask when it would be shipped.

Was not happy with my 3 times longer than promised Sourceomore order. It wasn't free,. it was EIGHT BUCKS (BTW I think DHL from like 3FVape was like 12 and it showed in a week.) You charge American shipping prices you hold yourself to the STANDARD.
8 bucks 110 days, promised IN 30.
The only way right now is like SUPER shipping and I would do that with my "Everything but the kitchen sink" order but like IDK if they even HAVE super shipping.

I had a package that arrived today. Order placed on May 9, shipped on May 19. SO in transit days was 65 days and 75 days since order placement.
But USPS tracking at least showed that the shipment was processed (or something like that), not "label not yet created".
I say you have a problem.

Yes and no. Remember, they are shipping from China, not from West Covina. And there are so few planes flying nowadays.

I have a cart fully loaded at FT and I don't even know which shipping option to choose. I don't mind paying, I just want to pay for an upgrade that will actually speed things up.
Maybe things are changing. I had an FT order ship on July 17th and arrive in LA on the 22nd. According to tracking, it is set to be delivered on Monday, the 27th. That would only be 10 days since it shipped!
What shipping method did you select and how much did it cost?
I think the vast majority of slow shipping problems at FT are for orders that use the free shipping option which is EMS (but FT still labels it as e-packet).

Whatever happened to your FT package that was delivered to another person in another state?
USPS Expedited Service will get it to the US the quickest from FT and then it's in 'trusty' USPS Postal Services hands which who knows how long they will take!
Or you can pay much extra for DHL which will get it to the US just as quickly but there Postal service throughout the US is very quick and direct, much more efficient than USPS

So far, my only problems have been with USPS. My orders from Chinese vendors (pre-Covid and one recent from Sourcemore) have always been shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Once they hit LA, they get stuck or disappear altogether--between Customs and USPS.

I just looked up USPS expedited shipping. The joke is on us ding-dongs who paid for a USPS service that does not exist. Per USPS, expedited service is Priority Mail Express International. That would cost a whole heck of a lot more than $3.24. <--- Should have been my clue.Oh well, FT is now $6.48 richer thanks to us.
I could have bought a few more el-cheapo DT's w/that $3.24.

I almost didn't make that order because the last one took a grand total of 89 days. But they were the only ones who had a part that I really wanted. I'm glad to see that maybe they've turned things around. Now if I could just get my Everzon order. It got to LA very quickly as well, but has now been sitting there for 10 days with no movement, even though it supposedly got through customs.
Fasttech is a karma thing I think. But, keep your dignity, people. Rebalancing Karma is a LOT harder than it sounds.
I will know I have ZERO Karma (that's the goal) when I get a FT package the day before I order it.
LOL I used to hang out with a dude who was a "monk of some type I forget." He was a smoker but he would proclaim, "It's just so enjoyable when you aren't ATTACHED to it."
The first time he sermonized that I STOOD up, interrupted and said "YOU ARE A TOOL. Go 30 days without smoking and then MAYBE you can say that. But I bet you can't. Anyone proclaiming their non attachment to cigarettes is SO attached they probably have 60 metric tons of them hidden in the temple."
It made me mad dude I mean WHO Says that?
