Problems with smoke telescope and the kick

Hello guys/girls. So I am having major problems with my smoke telescope and kick combo. I have the newer version of the telescope stainless and it's advertised as the rebuildable telescope. So any way, when I use this without the kick it works pretty well does not fire 100% of the time. As soon as I Put the kick and my 18490 battery in and screw it down it just doesn't want to fire right !! No matter how I try to adjust with the kick in side it only fires like 20% of the times I push the button. This is really starting to piss me of. Does any one have any suggestion ?? Thanks again. I know it's not my kick because when I actually get it to make a good connection and fire it works great. Any help would be great.

Welcome , and make sure that the kick is getting a good contact . sand the inside of the tube , where it sits . There may be some sort of coating on it , you can't see . And next time , it would be cheaper if you just bout a Vamo for about 40.00 , or even A Segelei Zmax for around 60.00 Between the kick , and the telescope , you probably have more than that invested . At least with the Vamo , and Zmax , you can read what volts , or wattage your using , instead of guessing . But use what you got , if you can get it t work properly .

Thanks for the advise guys. I really think its a contact issue also. I tried sanding the inside where the kick sits but no real change in how it fires. I can't figure it out. I use this for work on a construction site. That's why I did not buy a ZMAX or a vamo. I use a lava tube V2 when I am at home. But I was looking for a sturdy mechanal mod that works with the kick for work and I guess this telescope is not it. Unless I am doing something wrong.
