I have noticed that the threading on my French Pipe cartomizers are a bit off. They will not screw down all the way unless you really force them on tightly. If you don't force it on tightly too much air gets in when you take a drag, so there is little to no vapor. I noticed this with French Pipe cartos from two different lots (I know this because the 1st one was too perfumey to vape so V4L sent a replacement that was not perfumey but had the same thread problem). I have not noticed this threading problem on about a dozen other carto flavors. Has anyone noticed this?

I love the French Pipe flavor BTW (sans perfume :)). And if you add coffee nobacco to it then it is simply heaven.

You can cut the end off one of the plastic covers (condoms) and then slip it over the connection for a less airy draw, you can adjust it for what works best for you.

This is actually an very tiny issue with about .0025% of carts which have inferior threads. No biggie. Newer cartomizers are pretty much thread perfect now, and we are working on better juice, et.

All new carts are being weighed, as well, to make sure we have 1ml in each, which should bring us back to longest lasting on planet:lol:

We are experimenting with new mixture as well for max vapor/flavor/puffs per cart:D

Lotsa great things to come

Thanks

Man, I wish we could get this QC issues fixed.....oh, wait, Leafords in China for a few months, getting it done:lol:

We have a new shipment of French Pipe on the way, Calla, let me know, and we replace the bad threads....remember, the new ones should have Buttplugs though:D

I think I did get one from the new shipment because the plug was attached to the condom. But is still had the threading problem. That's why I posted this thread, to get a sense of how wide spread the problem is and to give you guys a heads up. V4L sent that to replace perfumey cartos and, although they both had the threading issue, I'm satisfied that you replaced it already and won't be requesting another replacement. At least I got to taste the French Pipe without the perfume and was able to find out that I really like it... I will be ordering it in the future. Thanks for the suggestion Taryn, I'll give it a try.

.0025%??? Then I must have pretty bad luck to get them twice, LOL. I can't believe you guys are weighing every carto! Now THAT is quality control! :D

Fantastic tip Taryn - I have one of the new auto's that is just airy as heck and this worked like a charm. I love all the little tips & tricks everyone provides on this forum
