Probox - how to open/disassemble

Hey guys,

I'm new here at the forum but not at vaping. Still, I can't find information about how to open/disassemble the Ego Aio Probox. And I've looked EVERYWHERE. Google, YouTube, Joytech manuals (I can't seem to find the complete one, just the same that comes in the box).
I guess the best way to explain why I need to open it ia because the low part of the tank opened - after a big fall - and I need to put it back.
Can any of you help?
