Does anybody have a procedure they use to clean the threads on their PV? I mean besides taking a napkin/paper towel and twisting around in there is there a "profesional" way to clean my atty/carto connection on my ProVari/LT?
I use a cotton swab (Q-tip) dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean connections on all my PVs. Make sure the battery is off/removed from the device prior to cleaning. I use a fresh cotton swab and repeat the process until it is no longer discolored.

Thats what I do as well. Cotton alcohol swabs are a must for any vaper. I keep 500 on hand and a big bottle of 99% rubbing alcohol.
I also sometimes wipe the cartomizer/atomizers threads the same way.
Finally, while we are talking about clearning, wal-mart sells some pre-moistened towelletes that I believe contain rubbing alcohol that state that they are suitable for cleaning electronics. I don't use this on any threads or anything but just to wipe down the outsides of my PV and sometimes I'll pull one through my tube mod as well. I think you get 50 of them for $3 or 100 for $5.
