the platform the Republican party stands for.

the party stands for just about everything I simply can't support.

Umm, the Republican Party and their platform (pg.38) stand up for vaping. The Democrats are enemies to vaping. I truly wish it wasn't this way, but it is.

If you're going to talk politics in a vaping forum, one should probably not diss the party that sticks up for vaping and prop up the party that wants to eradicate it.

No, I'm not Republican, but it is what it is. I'm 49 years old, have never missed a vote and have voted for a Republican ONCE my whole life. That's about to change. I want to keep vaping without breaking the law to do it.

Good for you. I like Larry David. He's a Democrat!

I'm sorry. But there are things in life I hold more dear than vaping. The fact they want to make a constitutional amendment reversing my marriage to Charlie is to me waaaaaay more important. It's good the Republican party supports Vaping. Too bad they don't support so many things of equal if not more importance to me.

I honestly don't think Charlie and yourself have anything to worry about SR ... same sex marriages are here forever.

The USA and the World has real issues to deal with ... like ISIS :glare:

True Willy. But I don't think anyone could blame me for not voting for the the party that seeks to invalidate me and Charlie. They clearly don't want us. If they did, why would their platform specifically call to amend the constitution? Maybe the Republican party should worry more about issues that effect the world and leave how we live our lives to ourselves.

So...
I have all the orders in and am going to co-workers house tomorrow to meet up with her Mom.
Going to show her how to use the Satin Mini and the Nautilus' and how to take care of things.

It was fun shopping with someone elses money :)

I am kicking in 2 boxes of coils, 5 regular 510 attys and some other doodads.

I have a case of those dual coil stainless steel XL cartos...I wonder if she would like a few of those too ?
I never liked them after I bought them tho.

I think that just might happen ... less busy body into people's lives ... and some seriousness about getting rid of ISIS.

ISIS ranks up there as the worst the World has ever seen ... it MUST be dealt with NOW.

I won't get into telling you how wealthy and powerful ISIS has become or how big of a threat they are.

The World has not seen this kind of Evil, and social media has made it beyond belief.

I believe this election is going to get this done ... I can't believe we've let ISIS grow this big over the last several years.

Yeah, I know. I'm just sayin'...

You know, there are other issues I care more about than vaping. However, in this election, I think that is the one in more danger than the issues I care more about.

I mean, I care more about firearms than vaping. I believe a armed citizenry is the ultimate bottom line. But, I seriously don't think ANYONE is going to get away with disarming us. I mean really, this is America. They can try, but they have to go to the first house. Then, if they get away with that, they have to the second house. Good luck! This isn't that country that I won't name where everyone turned them in just because they banned them a year after ordering everyone to register them so they knew who had them. Nope, our people won't even go register them.

As far as gay marriage, come on. Do you really think your marriage will get reversed? Now that the Supreme Court ruled for it, that's a MAJOR uphill climb.

But, you know what? You said when you started this thread we could chat about whatever we wanted to soooo...have at 'er, Brother! ;)

I appreciate that this conversation has been civil. I may not agree on many of the points people have made, but I am glad our family here is comfortable enough to say what they think. I'm in favor of gun control. Shouldn't be much of a shock. I don't believe in disarming America. I do believe in making it harder for people who get guns too easily to get them. But that requires some form of gun control. And I know most won't agree with me. I think for each of us, there are issues that matter more than others. All any of us can do is vote for the candidates we think best represents what's important to our lives. That's what makes America great. We all have that right. And we don't have to agree with other. We should just be respectful of each others right to choose.

Yep. :thumb:

EDIT: But there's nothing wrong with healthy debate and discussion. My retired schoolteacher Aunt has been known to change my mind, once or twice, and she usually always gets me to at least think.

my biggest worry about elections? ... when I see the kind of stuff that happened to Bernie Sanders. Actual proof that the electoral process is not fair.

I try to think how it would effect me, if it happened to the candidate I had supported and was going to vote for.

I don't think we've seen the last on the hacked emails
