Hi Everyone ... and Rob

I was reading that a KR808 battery on a 510 or 901 atty has better voltage than the 510 batteries. If I order a couple of batts will I also need an adapter for the 510 and 901 attys to work on the KR808s? Also will I need to buy a new charger for the KR808 or is there an adapter I can use to save money?

I guess I'll also need to buy a new PT??? For now I'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible. The 510 just isn't doing the job for me and yesterday I almost had an analog!!

Well, I am a little surprized that the 510 isnt doing it for you.
Are you getting throat hit and vapor?
What are you missing out on?

A 510 batt may put out 3.7v while an 808 batt 4volts

You would probably need an 808 PT to get 5 volts or any batt mod that puts out 5 or 6 volts.

The 510 TH is perfect for me, it's the taste I can't stand. The 901 is a little light on the TH, but the taste is fantastic, so I was thinking that if it was on an 808 battery that might increase the volts enough to get the best of both worlds.

IMO the 808 cartos give equal flavor and TH. Also IMO the 510 is harsh no matter what. I have used the 510's and the cartos at 3.7v and 6v and the cartos win every time.

Thanks NativeTexan, maybe I'll try that. I have some cartos but I don't know which ones. Haven't taken the time to figure out which goes on what and where and how, ya' know? lol
