Profile picture STILL cant do it,

Im still trying to put in a picture, Cant Find anything under 5kb, Everytime i enter a pic in there its too big im guessing because it disappears, HOw do you guys Shrink them down or am i doing something wrong?

I saved mine under avatar. I took a picture on my ipad and just chose it from my galley and hit save changes.

Use a free graphics program like GIMP to shrink images. 5KB is within the acceptable file size. You need to ensure the image is under 200x200 pixels.
