Proper place to post a meet-up request for Santa Cruz (CA) area?

Hi Veterans and thanks for your help in advance!

I'm looking for local vapors to chat with in the Santa Cruz (California) area. I attempted to post on the 'Groups - Location Specific' page but I do not have permission to access this page.

Any advice for a great place to post for maximum viewage by local Santa Cruz residents?
