Protank-2 Fall Apart on second refil

Today I was refilling my protank-2 from my EGO-C Twist 1100 battery when as I was doing this the tank began separating form the drip tip metal bit (not sure what this is called) and the remaining e-liquid all spilled out onto my hand. I've already contacted deleware vapor who I purchased the tank through hoping something can be done. I just wanted to reach out here to see if anyone had any advice as to how to fix this... I don't want to have to deal with a lengthy return process. The liquid i've been using in it is Flavorz by Joe Strawberry banana smoothie.

You do know they come totally apart for easy cleaning? Did something actually break?

awww---we have all spilled ejuice at one time or another. Nothing wrong with the tank, the mouth piece is separate and if not careful, will come out. Just start over by putting all the pieces back together making sure all are snug.
The protank 2 is different from protank 1. In protank 1 this didn't happen because the top is all one piece.

It looks like you unscrewed the bottom and top cap assembly instead of the base. I've done it before. It sucks but its not broken. It should just screw back together. PT2 has no glued together parts, just silicon seals.

You should just be able to screw it back together and then unscrew the base from the bottom cap to refill it.

Same what everyone said you unscrewed the tank from the top silver section and whole thing separated. Great tank because come complete apart for cleaning. Clean everything, filler up, and vape on.

Never mind I think I figured it out.. The atmonizer was screwed in tighter that the mechanism that holds the tank together... Just a feature that went horribly wong worm men when trying to unscrew it... Apparently it's for easy cleaning.

Just saw I got a bunch of replies.. Thanks for the help everyone! was sad thinking i would have to go back to the MT3 for a while. No damage except a little bit of e juice leaking in my lap.

Only a little? I dumped a whole tank in my lap once, while driving. Note to self. NEVER change tanks while driving. OK, got it.

Just got the Protank II on Friday and promptly dumped a full tank in my lap a few hours later. Live and learn.
