Protank 3 coil in a Kanger airflow aero tank base

I recently got a couple of these bases for my Protank 2's and was wondering if the dual coils could be used in them.

The Protank3 dual coils will not fit in a PT2. Too tall. The coil screws into the base just fine as the bottoms of the coils are the same.
