ProTank 3 - do I need an adapter?

Hi guys,

I'm going to get a ProTank 3. I currently have an EVOD VV 1300mAH - it's eGo threaded I believe?
Do I need an adapter for the Protank?

I've never used an EVOD but if it's eGo threaded then it shouldn't be a problem. The PT3 screws into the small inner threads, the beauty ring onto the outer threads.

No, you do not need an adapter. Your Evod has both EGO and 510 threads. You can purchase a beauty ring to hide the EGO threads.

I strongly suggest getting a beauty ring because not only does it hide the Ego thread, it also provides alot of stability to the tank. Screw the tank until you make contact, then screw the beauty ring up tight.

My Protank 3 came with the beauty ring. It's a great tank for the smaller batteries (I use mine with a spinner).

I love my PT3s. I have six now plus six mPT3s, all different juices. I use some of the minis just for tasting.

Try the air valve with it , I was floored and now have a bunch in the back up box lol

I would get an Aerotank over a Protank3; they have much better reviews. I own both, and the Aerotanks win hands down; I have the mini Aerotank, too, and it's awesome! !

The Kanger Aerotanks come equipped with the new airvalve. I don't like the Protanks, with the exception of the mini Protank 2, as they gurgle. Aerotanks have much better reviews and never any leakage or gurgling.
