Protank 4 with Provari - E-1 Error

I just got a protank 4 and am using it with an older model Provari. I keep getting E-1 error but have unscrewed the tank numerous ways and numerous turns. Is it possible that the coils are bad. The bottom sticks out pretty far.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I got the answer from my local vape shop. I needed more power. Got a istick Pico and it works great.

The Provari v1 has a 2.5 amp limit (the Provari v2 has a 3.5 amp limit). I'm not familiar with the Protank, but the Provari doesn't support TC and the SS and Clapton coils are most likely too low in resistance for the Provari to fire without displaying an error. The iStick Pico is a nice mod and should work just fine with any atomizer in wattage mode.
