Protank Glass Loose

I have been using a Protank for about 3 months now and about 1 week ago I noticed that the glass is now capable of spinning loosely between the top and base mounts. The top and base are firmly secured to each other but you can easily rotate the glass barrel. The unit is not leaking around the glass to metal joints ( must be O-ring sealed). I was wondering if anyone else has come across this situation and does your tank leak?? And for the Experts out there, is there a way to separate the top from the base to repair/replace the O rings. Ive tried to unscrew the 2 parts but to no avail. I really dont want to use gripping tools ( pliers etc) and scuff up the outer finish of the tanks metal parts....

That happened to me as well on the original protank. Just means the glue that held the glass tube in place got messed up. The original protank is not meant to come apart so don't try or you'll break it.

I vaped mine for weeks like that and it never leaked. Only reason I stopped using it is because I dropped it and it busted in half.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you start developing a leaking issue.

happened to me.

immediately i got inconsistent toots soon followed by flooding.

i set it to the side and ordered another protank II. no worries since.
