Where Can I Get A......? Protected 16340 batts n charger - best place?

Protected 16340/CR123 Lithium Ion Battery, 3.7v, 880mah is what i need and a charger of course lol
I would get at madvapes BUT they are out of stock and not sure when they will be back in stock. Any decent place I should get these batts at - Id rather buy the charger at the same vendor too if pos - saves on shipping
I saw 'battery junction' mentioned as well as deal extreme for the batteries at least - tho Batt junc looks cheaper. Any thoughts, ideas?

You can find 16340 batteries at 3.7 volts all over on Ebay. Just make sure they are protected.

What I need is 16340 batteries at 3.0v and those are a little harder to come by.
