Are they both good enough to use on provari?
I think it has been mentioned earlier in this thread as to why it was recommended to use the AW batteries.
can last two days ?
If there's a 3000mah battery but you chain vape like a bullet train, it might or might not last 2 days. Several factors to be reminded of: power/voltage used, resistance of coil and of course, how often you vape. The mentioned vtc 5 and efest has got good amount of mAh, so it still depends on how much you're sucking the power out of these batteries. Personally, my efest can last 1.5 days or sometimes a day.

On the Provari, you wont need a battery with a high amp rating. The 10A limit on the 18650 aw imr is more than sufficient as the Provari itself has a amp limitation of 3.5A i think. So getting a battery with higher amp rating for it would be a waste imo.
In any case, the Provari would only work with nipple top batteries and the aw imr are the best for it. If you want something with higher capacity, try looking at the orbtronic batteries, tho i cant be sure if it would fit well in the provari as it is slightly longer than the aw imrs'.

Luckily I got my VTC5 before it went out of stock..

If you don't sub ohm below 0.5ohm, get the Panasonic CGR18650CH from SLS, which is High-drain, 10A rated, more than enough for you.
Recommended 18650 Batteries for sub-ohm vaping?
