Is there a difference in the "protection" between these two batteries? One claims it is "protected", and the other claims it is "fully protected".

I don't see anything to justify a difference. In both 'blurbs' they say "UNIQUE INTERNAL PCB" and the ranges of cutoff are the same. In one it says ..."these batteries are Protected. These fully protected...."etc. etc.

Went to the tenergy site and didn't see anything there either - in fact a search for "fully protected" there got zero hits. Looks like a distinction of no distinction, quasi. :)
