Im all for OCSOriginality, Creativity, and Safety. I love how Imeo works, no question. Imeo takes his time to plan, design and build not just any device but a magnificent device that can only be in a league of its own.

With that said as a fellow engineer I understand when things are planed and it doesn't go with design. This may frustrate some, it may discourage some, but for people like IMEO it only motivates people like him and me that are in the field of creativity, design and engineering. It motivates us to make it even better. Which means it will take more time than planned.

If Imeo does what i think he may do which is take his time and rethink on design we should all support him because everyone here knows his devices are PHENOMENAL. If some have seen my videos you see i put his devices to the test to well over 100 watts and it dont break and it dont fail. His in my opinion the Albert Einstein to vaping.

Everyone is very excited to find out a date on his latest product and I would be lying if I too wasn't one of them. give him time. as a small suggestion maybe Imeo can just create a Proteus update thread that can be updated monthly. That way it can ease the anxiousness of the folks that cant wait. at least they can see and read simply put a small status. we can direct to folks to if they inquire of Proteus. No date needed to be given just updates on how the device is going and what Imeo feels we should know. etc etc.

Very well put Bishop ....maybe Imeo can make a locked/pinned thread strickly for HIS Proteus updates. Just enough info letting us know about what is going on. This would reduce the amount questions on "what's going on?"

Valsa, proteus is more than a simple 14500 mod. But without electronics a 14500 mod is weak if you agree.

Proteus has to be at 17mm fright to meet penelope's width. And it has to be small. I wanted to make a tube that will hold the electronic part at 25mm and now it has to go at 55mm. 3cm is a big length if you agree. It will not look good. Anyway, I will make a sample in 1 month and then we talk again

Try the GGTS w/DNA as a prelude to Imeo's next creation. You'll discover how it provides the 50th draw is equal to the 20th draw is equal to the 1st.....amazing consistancy and adjustability.

As far as time frame; Imeo's creation will be ready when it's ready. If it's a month or 6 or 8....no big deal.

I suppose if you really want to you could send me a DNA modified to work in my GGTS I would be happy to prove your point

It's not a complicated build, but space is tight so check and recheck the component locations. I've found it especially useful with both the Ody and Pene. Since resistance changes over time having the device adjust to produce the same wattage comes in handy.

Oh, I do agree. I'm just saying that if the size issue can't be handled (currently, things always improve in time), it might be possible with a smaller feature set. Variable Voltage is more complex than regulated, so switching back to the original design of regulated might allow for smaller circuitry. I'm sure there's other features that could be removed or simplified to help make it possible, while still being a great device.

I made an advance payment for Proteus on 07.13.12 here GG-serie-France. I don't want to wait for Proteus and I ask refund my money. However, partner Imeo which were transferred the money is not responding. If in the near future I don't get my money back, it is very similar to the fraud and deception of the buyer. I want to know the opinion Imeo about this before you begin consulting with their lawyers and appoint an investigation into the incident.

1. French seller will send the list of the customers to Greek seller and the money he got from the customers

2. He will refund all the money to the customers and they will order again from Greek or UK seller

I prefere the second method to avoid mistakes on the lists and on the money and I told that to the French seller. I will wait for his response

Dont worry about the money, there is no way to lose them from French seller

Thanks for your answer. Why are chosen such complex ways? Not easier to Nikos just refund money to their customers directly? I don't wanna wait in vain for smth. I'm not worried about the money it's a matter of principle.

Imeo, if you will not make Proteus it would be great to make Penelope GGTS base ASAP.
I'm tired of using adapters and Penelope sits in a drawer because I use only Ody with GGTS.
I'm sure all the GGTS and Penelope owners would like native base for Penelope.
