I just can't like your post :( so sorry to read about your P3 getting stolen, that really bites. I think holiday sales are usually 10% off, if memory serves, but there are a couple P3's on the specials page right now.

thanks was wondering what kind of sales they generally offer..i was in love with my silk smooth silver one and didnt' see one on the sales page...darn it i just can't believe this happened. I also had a brand new kabuki sitting on it as well...another $89 loss..i am soooo sad today!!

I would be extremely hurt and angry if I suffered such a theft. Here's wishing the coin will turn and some good fortune will head your way!

I am hurt and angry given how it happened. It was stolen from home. My daughter's boyfriend has been staying at our house and sleeping on the couch the last couple of weeks because both of his parents got thrown in jail for illegal prescription activities and it left him homeless at 18. He leaves monday for several months to train in the national guard so his friends stopped by to say goodbye. I left to go to the store and came back and my P3 is gone..nowhere to be found.

I am OCD about my house and everything having a place and my P3 always stays on my computer desk if it's not in my hand and i never leave the house with it. Two friends that came over with one of his friends he didn't know so it had to be one of them. I am just beside myself today..my daughters boyfriend feels soo bad...he's a good kid and naturally is blaming himself. Lesson learned...never leave my P3 out when i am not at home just in case my teenagers friends come over...so sad that i have to think that way.

Just :( about your P3

and it is sad you have to think that way, but honestly you can't lock up everything in your house. I had a simular issue with my son's friends when he lived here but he talked to them and got my stuff back. I would ask your daughter's bf if he would do the same and talk to his friends about it.

Btw, that kid needs some new friends if that's how they are.

Either that or your daughter needs a new boyfriend.

Maybe both.

Well the two that were suspect were not friends of the boyfriend...they were with a friend of the boyfriends..he didn't know those two. The boyfriend is a good kid and can't say enough about him. He feels really bad about it though it wasn't his fault..he is insisting on replacing my P3 before he leaves for the national guard next week..like i said he's a good kid.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had issues with money stolen from teen's friends in the past so I carry my purse with me or keep it locked up. It is unfortunate that in our own house we have to worry about this stuff. I leave vape gear out all the time (own lots of Vari's) and maybe I should rethink that.

I remember when my son was a teenager and some PS2 or whatever it was gaming thing came out - he got one and several games (don't look at me like that - hubs took care of all that for "us") anyways...his friends would come over and play on the game with him.

One night after they left, some of his games were missing. He had that teenage come_apart throwing himself all over the living-room. So, I did what any mother would. We lived in an apartment complex and the friends only a few buildings over - I marched right over, knocked on the door. Mother answers, I ask if her son is there - she points down the hall and let me enter...her mistake. I walked in his room, unplugged the PS game box, picked it up and headed for the front door.

He didn't come out of his room until he heard his Mother asking what I was doing...I turned, looked at him and said "Do you want to explain this or should I?". He stood silent in the hallway. I looked at his Mother and said "We got it all worked out! No worries. When he's ready you will understand."...I walked out and went home.

Took the weekend for him to fess up - Knock on the door - there he stood with his Mother and my sons games. We traded back and Mom told him to go straight home and leave the game box on the table in the Kitchen.

As soon as he was gone, we laughed so hard about the entire thing...I never was the sutle type.
