So I ordered a Provari during the Labor day sale, 9/2/13 I think. I received it on 9/6/13 (shipping delays were just because of the holiday, which I expected). Anyway, when I first got the Provari, it seemed to work fine, but I noticed that the Ao (Resistance Check) function was not working.

Anyway, I opened a support request on 9/7/13, and heard back later that day. They had me try cleaning the 510 connection with alcohol and metal polish, I slacked and didn't get it done until 9/8/13. I'm guessing their support is closed on Sundays, but could be wrong.

Cleaning the device didn't help, and sometime on Sunday night the device started acting really finicky. It was giving me E1 and E2 errors with just about everything I connected, especially if I turned the voltage over 3.5. So I updated the support thread.

On 9/9/13 they got back to me and said it sounded like it needed to be serviced and asked me to submit an RMA request. I put it in and it got approved later that day. They provided me with a return shipping label and I dropped it off that evening. In the morning they confirmed that they could see my RMA in transit and sent out a new one, and now today I received a brand new fully functioning Provari and for good measure they threw in a Vivi Nova.

So overall, same day feedback for troubleshooting and 2 day turnaround for RMA. I for one am impressed. Let's see China do that.

Definitely considering snagging a Mini in the future, and will most certainly be getting a V3 whenever it may come.
