Provape is on the ball in responding to e-mails and in delivery of hardware. I rec'd my Provape1 in 2 business days after ordering and e-mails were responded to within hours if not sooner. I also ordered juice from them and it has been a week so far and no juice. not sure what the normal turn time is on ordering juice but will repost when it arrives.
