On the Latin phrase......you ever see those tattoos that are Chinese symbols and the owner of that tattoo "says" that it says Peace but is really translates to dumpster. Call it my OCD but I'd like to know for sure what it means before putting it there.

A matching pro ring would be nice if the won't do the extension cap

My latin is very rusty but I know that Lumens means light and Totus is roughly total so in rough it could be all seeing light to make it sound nice how the heck you would get Oculus for eye in there beats me, the sisters that tought me where more of the "ora et labora" mind set.

As I recall, someone Eddard works with claimed to know Latin and gave him the phrase. It was later that someone stopped by the ProVari forum who was fluent in Latin and pointed out that the phrase was incorrect.

Mullets - well, you have to admit Rob's avatar kicks bunny .....

ETA: I'm going to have to change my signature now...

Basic etymology I deduced lumen = light (measure of light strength is in "lumens"), sees = sees, Totus = all (Totus just looked like "total")

Thanks for all this, ProVape & ProVarinati, alike..

I know it's Memorial Day weekend & all..

But we might want to stick to one charity, as requested.. And my vote goes to CASAA -- only makes sense...

I think the end-cap with the eye is the obvious choice..

Maybe it's just me, but so far it seems like we might be asking for a little too much to fit on the space we have to work with (& would probably do better on the ProVari body, instead -- which would be totally sick! ... Maybe someday..)

Current cap designs at 7:40 in Part 2 of the Tour Video..

Thanks again to all involved!

Did you see his post where he said his mom saw it? She said he had a purdy mouth.

MsOcey, this redneck reference to "mama" is more along the lines of "baby-mama"...I ain't THAT redneck ;)

Someone else was in the room when I was reading ECF. Her comment was "He should put a shirt on."

But that would just mute my essence! :D

Honestly I'll buy anything that can prove that I'm a deluded elitist vaper who buys a provari only because it's a status symbol.

At least next time I can say "well, does your vamo have this?" while flashing my extension cap with a sick sense of joy.

ETA: For anyone wondering, I will be paying for the high res Provarinati ambigram ...

...next payday is going to get expensive.

Edit: yes, that is the purchased design, not blown-up preview screenshots painstakingly cleaned up in photoshop.
Plano a question. What are you paying for exactly?

Also, the ambigram is great!!
If the final design is made available on an extension cap I'm in for one. CASAA would be my thoughts for donations.

If they just go with the eye, on the cap, I really liked this one, it might be a little easier to engrave.

I thought you guys might like to see what the Provarinati Ambigram looks like in high definition.

Edit: Thank you, Red, for posting that comparison shot. I told you guys it was a rough draft. :) Looking at the laser etching on my Nemesis, I'd say they can get very fine lines...if they so choose.

Like this idea a lot! Don't want a wrap but I also prefer to use extensions rather than end caps so I don't know if I really have a preference. And also I've not been given any flak from any mod about anything I've posted anywhere on ECF so I don't think I'm a full voting member yet. =) Definitely engraved not painted. Would rather donate to CASAA on our behalf as the WWP is backed by a lot of people and a lot of money already. CASAA are spending their time and money on the attempt to assure our vaping longevity. This is MY favorite of the designs so far. I love the ambigram, and the word "provarinati." Those two elements are "must haves" for me. I would not use a wrap. And I feel the charity should vaping-related. These are my votes!

Edit: Suzie, no offense meant justbin case. My wife has one of those tattoos. I think hers is serenity too

I verified it was serenity before I used it. I have a Phiniac also with that symbol on it.

I Googled the Latin and came up with the eye sees all.

I've been using FlipScript's ambigram generator to make the Provarinati logo...and then using screen grabs of the preview to actually make the logo. The circle logo I decided to pay for. It's $14.99 for a one time use. Not a big deal, because it's going to be heavily modified and tweaked before it gets used on a ProVape product...Thus reverting to original artwork. (not to mention that with a bit of effort, I could warp the standard "Provarinati" logo into looking exactly the same. Speaking of...

The standard "Provarinati" logo used in many of our signatures is a different matter entirely. As I would like to see ProVape start using that logo on the battery tubes and stuff. also the "ProVari" logo ambigram I posted earlier isn't modified very much either, so would also have to be purchased. Those two purchases will end up being $80 each, but will give me the right to commercially produce anything with those logos or use them in any way without penalty. I would be, for all intents and purposes, the legal owner of those logos, which in turn would be a gift freely given to the Provarinati and ProVape.

I don't have a problem coming up with the $160, but I'd rather have a satin silver mini for the same price. ;) I'd also rather not get sued for infringement. :looks nervously at the signature thread:
