Provari battery life

I just moved from a evic with a 2600 mah battery and to a provari with 18659 2000 mah battery I'm wondering why it seems my provari is outlasting the evic with a lower mah. And last question when I do the cb feature what volt should I charge at I'm at 3.5 started at 4.2 going on almost 2 full days. Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your first question.

As jpf880 said, your Provari's fire/control switch will begin flashing when that battery gets around 3.4-3.5 volts, then allowing you approximately an additional hour to change out batteries.

All electrical devices have inefficiencies. Even the power lines outside and power cords are them.

I will guess that the Provari has fewer inefficiencies than the Evic.

I'm sorry I forgot about your first question. ProVari run at 95% efficiency , that's very little loss of power. I don't know it to be fact but I don't think there's to many Chinese mods that will come close to that. Less power loss means longer run time.
