My Provari started to have connectivity issues, when I vape the button is not making connection or makes
intermittent contact because keeps going into the menu.
I bought it last year in June su it should be under warranty but I wanted to ask you what is dealing with Provape for Warranty issues .
Any experience with them ?

TIA.

I'd get an estimate first. If it's remotely user error and they can prove it, you'll probably pay.

I'd get an estimate for shipping both ways and parts and labor for a chip replacement.

Report back so others know.

It's extremely rare that a device under warranty is charged anything for repair. At least in my fairly vast experience.

Begin the RMA process. You'll have it back within a week of sending it out.

Well I'll trust your " fairly vast experience " :). I had thought that might be the case in previous times, but a few have reported otherwise.

Maybe those particular cases were obvious abuse.

I've sent one in with a button & loose chip problem that I caused.
A heifer stepped on it just right to smash the button into the body, after I pryed it out it was clear the chip mounting had broken also.
It was way past any reasonable warranty period, they fixed it free of any charge even though I made it clear I expected to pay for repair.
Provape is absolutely an A+ first class operation.

that's surprising ... a stampede of heifers, I get ... but just one heifer

They go down the alley towards the squeeze chute single file one at a time, the provari was most likely stepped on multiple times before I noticed something underneath that one heifers foot and it wasn't in my pocket.

I'm sure some exist, but I've sent some in that easily could have been construed as my fault (because they were), yet was never charged. In one case I was certain I'd be charged, yet was not.

    No complaints here, obviously.

That one guy who works in repairs is going to be very happy to hear about this ... he doesn't get much work and becomes pretty lonely

I'm trying to imagine the initial emotion...
