Provari button problem or not

I noticed when i push the button down to vape that you have to push it down hard witch seems to hard to me if let off the button alitte or it wont work. I notice when you vape and you hold it down it will go into power down or up mode sometimes.Is anyone havein the same things going on?

How long have you had your provari?
If you are a new user, the button and configurations do take some getting use to. quick finger or bouncy fingers as i call it will lead to multiple presses of the button without even knowing that you are doing it.

0rder #13053... Ive been talkin to ken about it i just sent it in today... or sometimes ill be vaping and when im holding the button down two dashes will come up or it will go in to voltage adjust mode..

I had a similar problem with one of my provaris, it was making this clicking sound underneath the button when pressed, almost like the circuitry mounts had loosened or something. I contacted provape, they told me to send it in with no questions asked. From the day I shipped it to them to it's healthy return to my eager hands was exactly one week. Provape is a great company who stands behind their products

This is why I'm hoping Santa brings me a backup Provari. I've had mine for a few months now and have never had any problems with it (knock on wood), but I would hate having to endure a week without.

I have that same thing where the board feels like it shifts a teeny amount when I press the button..

I have no problem with this. If it becomes worse, then I'll consider sending it in, but it works fine, and since it ain't broke, no need to fix it
