First, my Provari has been great since I purchased it a few months ago.
I'm not sure if this is a common problem or just something that has happened to me but I figured I would point it out incase anyone else was experiencing problems like it. The first week after purchase and use, the button would sometimes not work. It was very intermittent. Upon inspecting, the ground coil on the extender cap was not making good enough contact with the battery. I pulled the coil up a tad and everything was great for awhile. Just the other day I was experiencing the same issues so I pulled on the coil and it broke off.
I've ordered another end cap so hopefully it was just a problem with the previous end cap during manufacturing.
I just wanted to make note so if anyone was having issues with their Provari occasionally not working or shutting off with the button pressed, it may be the ground coil (coil on the bottom end cap) and you may want to contact Provape instead of messing with it.
