Hi, just got a provari with the kanger pro tank 2 and some e juice from provape, it is a fantastic device, and this problem is probably due to user error, but anyhow, I have been finding pretty much since I got it, I have been needing to change coil heads at least once a day. I don't think im a super heavy vaper, ill go through about 1/3rd of a tank a day. I find as soon as I change heads, it smokes absolutely brilliantly for about half a day, then slowly starts producing less vapour and flavour, until by the end of the day it is not producing much flavour or vapour, and feels like im inhaling hot air.
I have tried the various ohm heads (1.8, 2.2 and 2.5) all with similar results. I have tested the heads and the ohmage is all correct on them. One thing I noticed is that when I press the CB function of the provari, it always displays 3.8v regardless of what I set the voltage too, however I know that the voltage is changing because I can hear it burning more at higher voltages.
Im not sure if its an issue with the provari, with the heads, the tank or with the e-juice, or if its normal. I know the kanger pro 2 is a pretty cheap tank, so if that is the problem, is it possible to buy a better quality tank with better longer lasting coil heads?
I have been cleaning all the contacts daily, as per the maintenance video. When I screw the coil in I don't over tighten it, and when I put the tank on I do it up quite tight. That's my basic procedure. And fill the tank to about 3/4 full.
Any advice would be great, thanks.
