I have both. Of you're asking this, eventually you will too...lol

In all honesty it comes down to what you want. My reo is bomb proof and hits like a beast, but building the coil is a law of averages, where I try and build it based on 3.9 volt wattage as it starts at 4.2 a little harsh, and ends at 3.7 being a little too light. Nothing like dripping though, and it carries well.

The provari is also bomb proof and super consistent, but you're not able to drip. And can be accused of trying to commit Jedi suicide...lol. That said, I have a pro tank 2 on it now, and I'm absolutely blown away by the results. It had been relegated to the spares bin because it would either dry hit, flood or burn. Something about the provari makes it work like a champ.

My best advice is to find someone with both and try them. Opinions run hot for both devices, and right now you're standing in the mason Dixon asking if you should join the union or confederacy...lol

Good luck!

well I am not Sure if this is "serious" or Not But I would have asked the Same question....I am still wet behind the ears in this world and can see the Benefits of Both. The Provari is the Pickup truck of mods...Its Consistant well made and Can look like anything with a Wrap. the ROE is simple and if you are a Dripper Fantastic. With Xc if you dry burn you can drip another Flavor and not worry about what your are squanking....at least that is my 2 cents.

I had this same dilemma about 3 months ago. I went with a Reo Grand/RM2 and couldn't be happier!

You could always look into the VV Grand, almost all of the benefits of a Provari and the awesome vape and convenience of a Reo. The only real difference is the VV Grand doesn't have a screen, just a flywheel to adjust. That never really bothered me because I don't care about numbers, just getting a great vape.

I'm sure you'll be happy with whichever you choose!

LOL, I will let you know. I got my Provari Mini last month and just ordered the Reo Grand a few minutes ago....and a bunch of batteries.

Just a note: If you want the Reo, do it quickly. As I was literally just on the Reosmods site and trying to figure out what color I wanted, I saw that many only had 1 or 2 in stock. The one I wanted yesterday was already gone.

I listened to everyone and went with the Reo Grand instead of the mini. For the batteries, I found them at Lighthound. They are the AW IMR18650 1600mAh that they recommend for the Grand. Lighthound came highly recommended. I got 4.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Provari with the Kayfun Lite Plus on top. The Protanks are fine, too. I went with the Mini and the end cap from Provape because it is a lot more versatile. I figured I could make it shorter for going out and put the cap on for the longer battery when I am home. I have not used the smaller (18350) batteries. It is the perfect size with the cap and feels so solid.

I also got the Hippo V2 ring for the Provari because the Protanks need the airflow from the bottom and you can't tighten them down on the Provari and get airflow. I also use it with the Kayfun not because I need to but because it just looks bad ....

Thanks for asking this question. I've been wondering almost the exact same thing. Provari, REOS or - billet box.jpg

With variable volt on the Billet Box and perhaps a Diver style carto, is this product on any one's radar?

i have 2 Provaris that i haven't seen in a few months and many Reos that i use daily. to me, there is no comparison. a Reo + RM2 rebuildable is the game-changer.

that said, bottom-feeders may not be for everyone, and like others have said, it depends on what you're looking for.

What about a MVP2 ?
