Keep in mind, it may have looked fine on your V2, but now not so good on your P3. Well have a look:




If your 510 threaded tank fits inside the cone, it can be mounted to the P3 without using the Ego Adapter. (leaving the 510 adapter in place)

Thanks a lot for posting these pics Jim. One question. With your air flow controller inside the cone, do you still get good, well, air flow? Also, will the cone slide over the clearo, or do you have to take the clearo off before taking the cone off? Oops, I guess that was two questions.

Airflow is unaffected.

And on the 3rd pic clearo, yes it comes off before the ring will.

What about the last pic. Does the clearo have to come off before the cone?

Yes, any topper with a greater diameter than that of the P3 connection would have to come off first.

The cones take the place of the Provape Made in U.S.A. Beauty Ring. (like in picture #1)

Not exact, but it looks to be between 13 and 14mm.

I just got my P3 and the ego adapter kit but can't figure out how to attach the ego adapter. When you take the ring off the top of the P3, there seems to already be like a 510 adapter in there. Do you have to take this out first? How? Can anybody offer some advice for using this kit? It came with the ego adapter and 3 beauty rings but no instructions. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the inner 510 adapter must come off also. A penny can be used for this.
