Hello people :)

I went out and bought a new provari p3. So i looked at the instructions and tightened the 510 connector with a coin. Sticked my shinny squape reloaded on.
Now i cant take the replaceable 510 connector off the bottom of the tank. Some how it got stuck on.

I have tried grip gloves, hot water, wd40 aswell as otherthings.
The squape was 130pounds and i dont want to damage it. It also has the upgraded aluminium tank which was a further 50pounds.

Please is there anyone that can help? Don't mind changing the 510 connector as it's replaceable for cheap as it is damaged now.

Won't dremmel damage the squape?

Will try freezer first.

Cost me 160 in chrome finish from UK E CIG store. (cheapest from reputable online vendors) used a discount code. Excellent company highly recommended, used many times before.

Hard to say without seeing it... but you could always use a different bit instead of the cut-off wheel... just gotta be careful with your dremmeling... I do it quite often to remove frozen nuts from bolts and what-not...

Unfortunately I'm not so good. So I'm scared of damaging the squape.
Just to clarify which way do i twist? Opposite way to screwing on? Thus anti clockwise?

That is correct. Anti-clockwise for you Brits, and counter-clockwise for us Americans...
What it sounds like is that the threads have been cross-threaded... for your sake, I hope that is not the case. That would mean that the threads on the Squape are also very likely damaged. It may be possible to repair them, but it will require a bit of work. For now, let's just see if we can get the 510 bit off and hope for the best...

The worst company for customer service I have ever used. Actually, they are banned from some forums for not repaying people or replacing products.

At least with Provape you won't get messed around should the worst happen.

I hope you fix your Provari.....

(um, that didn't go well....)

Hi, actually they have been ok with me so far. And really competitive with price.

I hope it fixes too. The two together=very expensive potential catastrophe!
