Put the word "cry" without quotation marks, with a ":" in front of and behind it. No quotes and no spaces.
okay to keep this shorter let's just post order numbers, date ordered, and date shipped, on the date when the order ships. If everybody posts when they ordered and that they're still waiting, then we'll be getting subscription emails all day long. Just a suggestion, of course do as you please...

Wow Cassie ordered 10/28/11 and got order 12724 and debook ordered in the future on 12/27 and got an earlier order number.
