So last week my Provari's plastic screen cover broke off due to a missing screw(no big deal) but then, weirdly, the display completely stopped working last night. The atomizer fires perfectly but if I try to start the menu the "Pu" flashes on screen then disappears and the atomizer fires again. Has anyone else had this problem? I sent a request to provape but was just looking for information in the mean time.

Nah a screw is missing and the clear plastic screen is broken off. What is weird is that the atomizer fires perfectly, just can't change any settings since the computer/display is on the fritz.
id send them an email and ask about a repair, usually not expensive. (cheaper then a new mod)
Definitely should be returned to Provape for repair. Turnaround time has been one week on average.
