The only teal provari radius I can find on google images is the one listed on ebay.

Who knows, it could have been a color that was only made for and sold through one authorized Provari dealer. Deals like that do happen. Gives the retailer something unique over the others albeit at a lower profit margin.

Considering the time it was happening, I wonder if it was an attempt at a Tiffany blue which was much in demand then - and abandoned when they saw it wasn't all that close.
