Provari Stealth, Vaporforce concern

I ordered a provari stealth from Vaporforce on Friday 5/02/14. My payment cleared and I hadn't received any information or follow up from them so I called the phone number on their site only to find that that number is out of service. I see that Vaporforce had good feed back in some threads. Has anyone dealt with them recently? Should I be concerned?

Try them on Facebook Geoffrey klerekoper is the vp. I had a problem recently trying to email them and he personally messaged me back right away from there fb page.

Thank you. I did actually just receive an email from him. Apparently it should be shipping today. I guess I'm just used to the slew of emails that usually accompany an online order informing you of every status change.

Tim from Vaporforce seems like a really nice guy. I emailed him about an issue I had (my fault) and he got right back to me within the hour and it was sorted no problems.
The service and cause he promotes is fantastic and so is the product. What a work of art that Provari Mini Stealth is.

many companies use "auto-mailers" computer generated email senders... and other companies use real live people who actually read the email. The live version takes longer to reply

Please keep us updated on how she works for you! I'm really thinking I'm going to grab one for myself! I got to hold one in hand the other day and I put my black KFL+ on top of it. It was a thing of beauty! Just trying to justify the $250 price tag.

It's a tough sell. It does everything that a cheaper nod does. But when you hold it. Fire it. Unscrew the battery cap. You just feel the quality.
