I've only used the liquinator. Never had a need to look at anything else. It's simple and works flawlessly. In fact I've got five of em. 
As I recall the diameter of the liquinator is the same as the Provari.

I am looking at them right now, are they ready to screw in, fill, and vape or do I need to add a cartomizer? I was ready some of the reviews on them and a couple people suggested such.
I use the aluminum 3ml liquinator on my satin and the 3ml j-tank on the black one the j-tank is slightly smaller the the provari
5ml liquinator right now just got my new Map tank in and soon as I run out of juice I'm switching over.
Another vote for the Liquinator. I have the 3ml aluminum version. Fits perfectly on the Provari.
I don't know of a tank that won't work with your Provari.
It's easier to find a high-voltage MAP tank that suits your VV PV. You generally want around 3.0 ohms. Only thing about a MAP tank is that you'll need a syringe to fill it and you don't want to set it on it's side (which starts it leaking).
If you can find Boge 3.0 ohm punched cartos or you're ok with Dremeling or saddle valve-punching your own, a nice carto tank will work as well.
A lower-resistance carto will work too, but then you have to dial the voltage down so the Provari doesn't error out.
