I don't know of a tank that won't work with your Provari.
It's easier to find a high-voltage MAP tank that suits your VV PV. You generally want around 3.0 ohms. Only thing about a MAP tank is that you'll need a syringe to fill it and you don't want to set it on it's side (which starts it leaking).
If you can find Boge 3.0 ohm punched cartos or you're ok with Dremeling or saddle valve-punching your own, a nice carto tank will work as well.
A lower-resistance carto will work too, but then you have to dial the voltage down so the Provari doesn't error out.
