Dont know why i cant make a new thread in Provari so yeah. But,

I have a Provari reg size with a red extension cap that i got from Provape at time of purchase. Just saw that there is a telescopic extension available. Does the stock extension cap have battery rattle? and if it does, does the telescopic option fix it? is that why the telescopic is used? Just wondering.

You need 5 post first to use other threads :)

Just reply to 5 things etc :)

I'm not exactly sure I can answer your question, but I think it depends on the battery that you are using? Have you tried YouTube maybe to see if their is a review of the telescopic extension perhaps?

Welcome to the forum. :)

Okay got it :)
The telescopic extension is for the Provari mini as it can not hold as long of a battery normally or with the small extension, so the telescopic is to give it an even bigger battery. So it's not for the Provari standard only the Mini version.

The Hippo from Atmistique is what the OP is referring to I think.

I just got one yesterday, so I haven't really used it yet. However, all the ProVari extensions, telescoping or not, will get you to the same place. It all depends on the look you are going for.

ETA: It's morning and I misspoke. The Hippo is an airflow control.

I meant to say the Twins is the telescoping one:

The stock extension cap does not have battery rattle.

The Hippo referred to above is a top cap airflow adaptor, not a battery extension.

You must be talking about the Twins (telescope extension for Provari)

This pair of telescopic rings gives the possibility of using either battery size 18490 or 18650, without the need of carrying different extensions, but only one. It can be used for the Mini Provari, too, to allow either a 18350 or 18490.

There are other options available, also. Tatro Mods offers an extension ring that allows the use of a larger battery than the default one.

For the Standard Provari, one extension ring allows going from the 18490 to the 18650 battery.

One extension ring allows a Mini Provari to go from the 18350 to an 18490; two rings allow the the use of an 18650. They also sell a wide base endcap, which helps balance a top heavy Provari from tipping over and breaking a glass tank.

Wow! Grats. Your vape setup is complete. Anything else will just be the icing.
