I have been an off an on e-cig user for a few years now but am currently back on analogs. I got frustrated with dripping and having juice all over everything. I have had 901s 501s a couple of screwdrivers a few box mods and I still have an Icon. I like the idea of the tank. Dripping just pisses me off. I am looking for a device that is not messy, reliable and not something that has to be constantly messed with.

I am considering a ProVari with a E-Go Stardust . Will these fit together or do I need an adaptor. Am I on the right track or is there something else that I should be looking at.

Thanks for your help.

Chris

Personally I would go with a tank set up. You can use stardusts on the Provari but you will need an adaptor. Thing is, you can't really crank up the voltage on these too high (highest I'll go is 4.4) otherwise it's just burnt tasting and you might pop a coil. I like them on my KGO, but I prefer higher resistance or a DC on the provari, in a ;) tank.

I use some carto-tanks with my Provari. Currently I'm loving my BogeXXL 3.0 ohm carto in a Smoktech 6ml DCT tank. Cheap but effective. The only bad thing is the tank are slidy so you must be careful carrying it. Personally I hate the wicking problems with stardust and CE2 type cartos.

I agree on that . I can never get the startdust or ce2/fluxos to wick for crap even after trying every little mod on them . My boges have always performed 100x better in every aspect even more so with my lavatank. My best setup is boge sr with lavatank on my provari at 4.6-5.2v

Well although I've never had a provari, too big, I've completely switched to stardusts from cartos, carto tanks and ce2 type cartos. I gave up on fluxomizers cause of the wicking issues I had with them, and the clearomizer stuff I've used all leaked, great taste though, but you had to mod them to get them to work well, the stardusts work straight out of the box, I'm on order two right now mainly cause I've been handing them out to my vaping buds here in Korea.

You will need a 510 to ego adapter, and you will most likely want to have a couple with you through the day with iff flavors, or a bottle of your juice cause the 1.6 isn't enough for all day.

I'm not sure where the wicking issue comes from though as you are supposed to tilt it up to horizontal while vaping, or not, to keep the wicks wet, if you are running into dry hits you are most likey running it too hot. I'd highly recommend the stardusts as the least fiddly, leak free, non filler, great vape and flavor carto out there at the moment. You can also rebuild the wick and coil when you want, and make it a higher or lower ohm in the process eliminating the need for vv.

Whatever I get can not leak. No one has said anything about the ProVari so I assume from the silence that I am on the right track there. Please provide your opinions. Things have changed quite a bit since I I first started. There were no tanks, or cartomizers or any of this stuff. It was polyfill carts or drip. I hate polyfill by the way.

Nothing wrong with the provari . Best mod on the market imo. Solid ,performs great and will last a lifetime. If you havent tried boges though i really recomend them. I would have gave up on vaping if it werent for them . They also work great expecially on the vari and in tanks like the Lavatank and Phiniacs.Boges are also consistant everytime you take a pull. As far as the stardust like i said above though they just suck hardcore imo but everyones different .They dont leak but they just dont wick for crap ,even constantly holding it upside down so the juice reaches the wick only works for like 1 pull and then back to dry hits.It works a little better taking it apart and rebuilding the coil and adding longer wicks but its still sucked imo.Thats just my opinion though.

I've been using the newer LR Stardust on my Darwin at 10 Watts, super vape,,,ya gotta make sure liquid is touching the wicks when you pull the trigger though, and with the Darwin its easy to set the arm so the liquid is running downhill to the wick while vaping,,, On my 2 Provaris I run HH-357 Attys only
