Those Panasonics are available in protected and unprotected versions. The unprotected should work, however the protected versions will not.

I thought mine were unprotected they look like this

As you can see the insulation practically comes to the top of the button. Ah well I can wait till Friday.

Those Panasonics will definitely not work, flat tops...patience is a virtue, glad you found a quick source for some AW cells, the wait will be worth it .

They are a great battery, but not for a v2.5. They have a weird top on them & people seem to think they're button tops because they have some vents up there. Nope. Still a flat top.

AW IMRs arrived today, topped them up, shat myself because every single topper I have was reading LO ohms. I spent 20 minutes panicking about it.

In other news, did you know that the provari doesn't read Ohms when it's off? I didn't. I also didn't know I'd turned it off. I hope I can get past my issues and start enjoying this tube soon. It's been a massive PEBCAK style disaster so far. 15 minutes till my break and I can see how she vapes...

So having had an afternoon with the Provari. I am not very good with it yet. Constantly missing menu options. I've had a fair few E1's an E4 and an E8 flash up at various times. It doesn't fit snug in the slot in my car where I kept my VTR and so I spent a very panicked journey putting it everywhere and panicking it was going to fall on the floor and roll under the pedals.

All that said, it vapes really smoothly and feels great. Just need to get my hand adjusted to the shape and centre of gravity after the brick I was using before.

If we wanna get technical, it's only E/I. The others are just mathematical shortcuts. Ohm's law doesn't include power as a variable.
