I getcha. Before I attempt it, I will read the blogs again from Oce & Bad and watch a few vids. The worse than can happen I guess is flooding or dry hits. Either one is not pleasant but its a learning curve.

I need to take the water wings off and just jump in the deep end. I'd prefer a floaty but...

See and I'm the opposite. The last thing I want to do is read how to do something.
I'm visual. I'll hit up YT, watch a couple of vids then take it from there.
Anything I may have trouble with I just go back to that part of the vid and watch again.
So much easier watching someone else do it.
Watching for me also cuts out some of the intimidation factor which is usually at an all time high when doing something unfamiliar.

My blog is mostly pictures.

Yes, I have been using a wide-mouth drip tip because I thought it would eliminate one extra step, since I could drip right into the drip tip. But honestly, I always take it off to put the juice in anyway so I can see what is going on down there. I have plenty of regular drip tips, so I will find one with the smallest opening to use. Thank you, this is a far better suggestion than using my son's ski goggles when dripping (it was a thought).

I am using a bridgeless atty - does this feature have any effect on the popping, as in, making it more or less likely to happen?

It sounds like you might have it too hot. And bridgeless can pop a bit more, since there is no mesh to block the juice coming back up - think of what happens if you dip a little water onto the coil of an electric stove. The dripping method with a bridgeless is the same as with a bridged, but you have to work faster, as there is nothing to hold the juice. I've also found the bridgeless need drops more frequently. Other's miles may vary.

If you're still getting popping with a lower temperature, you may want to get a bridgeless with a shield. The picture is an example, I've never used a Smoktech atty for dripping:

This is exactly the same reason, I have not gotten verified yet, paypal looks like the easy way to do it, but I don't wan't to give them my banking info, and I sure as hell don't need another credit card. All the other ways just confused me.

I need to sign up for the classies! Except, I use PayPal but not signing up for their credit card nor going to register my banking account, I shop on EBay like once a year so don't have a bunch of feedback accumulated and not sure what those other things were. They don't make it sure easy to be a verified member on here, IMO.

How many drops do you recommend? I read some people only use one or two where the big lion Ed on here said he gets 8 drops in his, which would be nice to be able to drip a little less frequent. Or does it depend on the atty used?

They don't ask for anything like that. I've been verified a long time, but I think what happened was I sent Joker a PM with my user name on eBay and he looked at my buyer/seller rating and approved me. I didn't provide any banking info. I imagine going through PayPal is similar. Think about all of the members on ECF, where the heck would they keep that much banking info if they did collect it? lol!

ETA: Keep in mind that the classys are an expensive place to play.

It depends on the pg/vg ratio and how you vape. Once I get an atty started (as in my blog), I add maybe 3-5 drops when it gets low. This is with a plain dripping atty, I think Praetor is talking about an RDA which holds more juice. After awhile it gets to be automatic - I don't pay much attention to how much I drip.

Until I started vapeing I had never bought, or sold anything online, so I have no history, and I swear that paypal's site says, that to get verified you have to give them your banking info. I have not tried to look into it for a month or so, I guess I will have to read it again

I thought you meant using PayPal to get verified on ECF. I believe PayPal required a credit card to sign up, but "verified" is a different status. I did give PayPal my bank acct number to become verified, I think it was when I was selling a lot, but you don't have to just to use their service.

There's more than one way to get "verified" for ECF. I don't recall what they are now though. You can find it in the classys section.

ETA: I just reread the ECF requirements. It looks like you do have to be verified with PayPal.

Oh I like that one. Please share where you got your drip tip from.

Ugh. I got it a VaperCon, I...can't...remember. I will find out, though. My date got a card from just about every vendor. I can call her and get scans of them all.

I have not blown up my relationship with her....yet...

LMAO! Any if anyone out there knows these things...that box is pretty big, HUH? That means there's TWO in there! I have no clue what the other box is...I'm tempted to cut a corner and peek.

I understand why you say that...but, it truly is worth it. I hated getting as intimate with PayPal as I had to.

I am glad I did it in retrospect.

I used my account and routing numbers to verify my Paypal account. I don't have a Paypal credit card but simply a card that allows me to access my Paypal funds right away. No waiting to transfer funds from EBay sales to my bank account anymore. They place two small deposits in your account and then take them right back. I don't recall having to give my account numbers to ECF.

I don't have a PayPal credit card either. I just gave them my bank acct info, it makes transactions easier when using their service.

You have to give PayPal your bank information to ONE account. Start a savings account at your bank with 100 dollars in it. Give PayPal the account number, they send you two small transactions which you tell them (PayPal) the amount of, and then you are a verified PayPal member, then you can apply to be verified with Joker.

Same thing I did.

The classies will have you holding up banks or kidnapping for ransom- maybe it's a good thing not to be verified.

Thank you so much. I'd appreciate that.
Drip tips are the one area I am not really having a good time with. Most sites only show a pic of the front, let you know if it's wide mouth or a shorty but I've not come across anything like yours and I want one!!!! :D

I've also been on the hunt for a white drip tip - more on the lines of the C.I.A but it seems you can only purchase these items thru Facebook. I thought CapItAllVapes had an online store. Would've never thought FB.
