KAS, brother, you outdid yourself, too good. I did not become a Beatle fan until later in life, I was kind of a contrarian in my youth. I experienced some uncomfortable times when I went to UK initially, seven years later than my contemporaries. I was an old freshman. I ran into this and other things, I was somewhat hostile. I have mellowed... Good stuff, KAS, thanks.

Glad you liked it, when I was asked to step up, I figured I should post The Beatles, because I have the most links from them. If it was another band the posts would have been less. :|

I shall end with one of my favorite songs of the past while. It's just great....

I'm sure my little bro would have just had a great ah, time telling me what's wrong with it and certainly is not avante guarde, particularly muscially geniouslly arranged but this band has a couple songs that are just the BEST and this was before autotune so I'm sorry it gets bonus points.

Later much later I just felt like posting some stuff. Sorry to interrupt for the boy band genii, I mean the first pop group. or whatnot. LOL

LOL that explains it. I was like, "I thought that dude was the dude that just yelled and shot up." You know.

I hated Nirvana and it may be my age and my brother and the stupid album and him all listing to it and I could not appreciate some genres until I was older.

I did think, ah, taking the COVER to the CD (not even the CD itself or maybe it was a tape, long time ago) BUT THE STUPID COVER and throwing it in the swimming pool was... genius. It was "meta" before "meta" was a thing. At the time I called it an "act of Dadaism" but my mother pointed out that all artists had to pay for their supplies and like made me replace it.

What a b:censored:ch.

I mean like that could refer to ME or MY MOM I mean I think we all know who *I* mean but I will leave it vaguely amorphous. I am sure many may have some sympathy for my older brother but I am here to tell you HE was no prize EITHER.

You know.

this is a great one too. For me, the thing about Clapton is that he is all about moving his fingers around the neck fast. Except for a couple of songs (Layla comes to mind) I don't get a lot of depth to his guitar. But sometimes when he plays with someone else it all emerges.
I'm sure that makes no sense. LOL. But, I'm being told that recently I don't make any sense generally. Think it's the water I'm drinking.

I started driving early yesterday...tuckered out and stink in KC, Kansas this morning. At least I got through WV without getting attacked by that hobo monster.

Holiday Inn Express, my favorite, still had breakfast. woo-hoo. time to sleep.

C'mon... NOBODY posted this yet? Oh, 'Nati; we're slippin'! ;)

You're a better person than I am. I like almost every kind of music, but getting older hasn't helped me even tolerate a few genres. Grunge is very near the top.
