Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

My taste buds prefer it, but it's definitely a personal thing. Katrina prefers Rayon, even, yet the stuff is liking vaping double knit polyester to me. :)

Get out the old leisure suit and start wicking, should I bleach my lime green?

Moving on to wicking wars ...
I've only tried two different cottons ... Cotton Bacon V2 and Muji. The Muji I've tried was both the Coil Master branded Muji that came with the Coil Master V3 kit and facial cleaning Muji in a large bag from Amazon.

Verdict:
I'll take Cotton Bacon V2 every time over Muji no matter who brands the Muji. CB V2 is cleaner tasting and breaks in quicker. But But ... it's so expensive. Well ... 10 slabs of CB V2 in the $5.99 bag SHOULD last me AT LEAST a year. Six bucks a year for cotton, I can live with. Also I found that when I removed the top and bottom backing layers of Muji to get to the fluffy stuff, all manner of little flecks of cotton specks popped out all over the place ... that likely contaminate the juice or worse, could end up in my lungs !!! ... none of that nonsense with CB V2.

Rayon:
I'm skeerd of it and will stick to cotton for now.

Is there a cotton that will kick Cotton Bacon V2 to the curb in every regard? ... What say the hive?

When I first started rebuilding with Kayfuns, I started with CVS organic cotton balls. I stubbornly used those for about a year, before I bought KGD cotton from Nordstrom, now it is all I use. I like it because the flat sheets are easier to work with. To be honest I did not really notice a difference in the 2 cottons taste wise. That is the reason I never tried any of the others.
Maybe there is a slight improvement in flavor with all the different cottons, but I don't really think it makes a lot of difference. I did try Rayon once, I did not like how it acts when it gets wet, it is too different for me. :)

Have you WORN spanx? I have. Don't expect to be vaping in it, you'll look great, but it's hard to move... and breathe....

I'll admit I still use it for special occasions, if there's gonna be a dress I'm wearing for special occasions, but get your loosest atomizer to vape from if you are going to Do It.

I have used Native Wicks. I find it easy to get the right amount, the fibers are all going in the right direction and it has no particular taste after a short time. Now, I am a squonker for myself but build Erl's for my lovely wife on a Jac and on a Provari for my daughter. I don't have much experience tasting on the Erl's just kind of make sure they are OK (don't leak and all that) then hand 'em off. The squonker is great with Native Wick.

I'd definitely recommend staying with what you like. Too many subjective variables to concern ourselves with what other people like.

If it.feels.good...(queue James Brown).
I prefer KGD too. But wick material is the same as e-liquid flavors. Opinions are diverse. Go with what you like is exactly right.

I went from silica, to organic cotton yarn, to organic cotton dressing material (cvs ) then finally got a bunch of KGB cotton. Been using that for a long time now, picking out the little flecks isn't that big a deal.

I did get a small packet of Fiber Freaks wicks from @Kn0ttYFive and they are really good, but they are located in France I think. I'm keeping those for when I travel because they are so easy to use.

I never tried this cotton bacon stuff, maybe I should, but what I have has been working for a couple years now. Also I use rayon occasionally, but find it to be less forgiving than cotton in the amount used.

I regularly use Cotton Bacon, Native Wicks, KGD and Sally’s rayon.

I really don’t notice a huge difference between them and think I prefer Native Wicks above all as I am convinced it is a cotton/rayon blend.

I don’t get people that HATE cotton and love rayon or vice versa. I can see having a preference, but rayon vs cotton isn’t night and day IME.

P.s. FYI Cotton Bacon or Native Wicks and 100’ of most wire are available at a stupid low package price at Lightning Vapes. Depending on the wire gauge, about $6 for both. Amazing deal. Under “wick and wire”. I order it all the time.

There's nothing in the vape world that I'd say I hate.

Except Blu (and not the disposables either). They're pretty bad, or at least they were for me. Thankfully, I had options. ;)

Cool. Can you help me understand the difference in their Pima and their Platinum? I can't find much info/opinion about deck level differences or advantages/disadvantages.

No idea. I have only used the Platinum. Apparently much better than the original Pima.

My preference isn't about taste. I prefer rayon or silica because they don't burn like cotton does.

Maybe vape style/setup has a lot to do with it too. One wick may do best for MTL, DL, low temp, high temp, low V/W, high V/W, for flavor, for clouds, some are just easier to work with than others, design of deck, etc etc. Lots of variables and personal perception. We're all the same, just different I guess. And while we can agree/disagree and discuss one aspect or another, there is one thing we can all agree on ...

For me the great cotton debate is about taste. The cotton balls I first tried when the cotton thing began had a weird taste to them. I then bought some makeup pads from CVS. They didn't have a weird taste, so I never tried anything else. I just don't feel the need to spend way more to try cotton bacon, muji, or whatever else when what I have, works.
