Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

How do you tell the difference between a Provari v1 and a v2 ?
As you were told, if the lowest voltage is 3.3 it's a V1.

The V1 had a 2.5 amp cutoff, so if you try to use a coil lower than say, 1.5 ohm, and put the power too high, you will get an error code.

The V2 and V2.5 they upped the amp limit to 3.5 amps because lower ohm atomizers were becoming more and more popular at the time. When the V1 was was released, a 3 ohm atomizer was pretty common, and 1.5 ohm atomizers were considered low resistance at that time.

I prefer VW over VV. That way if resistance of the coil changes, voltage is adjusted. If in VV mode and resistance changes, power (W) remains the same and voltage has to be manually adjusted. Thing is though, Kanthal resistance changes so little at low voltage and/or power, it hardly matters. Maybe that's why ProVari chose one and not the other. Dunno ... did you ax 'em E?
Zen, Mike Morgan, talked to me about this one time, he said he really tried to convince the folks at ProVape to go VW when they were designing the ProVari, and he explained to me why he suggested it. For whatever reason they chose VV, and the rest is history. Folks used to duke it out here on the forum about which was better, and as we all know, VW eventually won out. Now we are on to the TC battle

It used to be bandied about that volts taste better  yeah...fun times :)

At least Mike helped me understand the function of watts and how that equated to what we were really trying to dial in by adjusting our voltage, which is a backwards way to do it. I digress...

I still vape in mechanical mode about half the time, so my wattage is ever changing...may the watts, be ever, in your favor! :D

Here's a conundrum for ya (me).

I've been TOTALLY digging the Erls on my Provis, and am running Doggystyles on my Picos. I decided to swap them out, as I was finding a SLIGHT preference for the Erls, and wanted to try them on the smaller profile mod.

I swapped 'em out, and the Erls were "missing something" (can't explain it). I hit the Doggies on the Provis, and "WOW!"

I shook my head, tried again, same thing. Then I reversed them back. Then back again, and one more time...

I realized that, for whatever reason, my antique & VV Provis were simply outvaping the new, nice & VW Picos. Not that I don't like the Pico, because I do, but turning the clock WAY back still...

"Just get a Provari."

I've retired my Pico from the active lineup.

Oh sure, the resistance is shown in hundredths on the Pico and ProVari rounds up or down to the nearest tenth ... but what does it matter if accuracy is an issue on the Pico.

Oh sure, the Pico adjusts wattage in tenths of a watt and ProVari goes up or down 2-tenths at a time ... but what does it matter if juice tastes muted on the Pico.

All of my Provis are 1/10's, but they're also "antiques". ;)

It wasn't just the Pico either. I did the same with a few other mods, and the results were the same.

Provi volts taste best.

You are right...

He did call Dibs!!!

LOLz

Oh.My.GAWD. (stopppppppppp! )

Just a little Kabukiporn. It's not Radius quality, on which it sits, but those silly little VT75Ns are still way-high on my list of favorites.

Plus, I like the look of the combo.

Oh, jeez. @Katdarling's rubbing off on me. If I bling ANYTHING, someone call the Juicy Fruit truck.

No can do. Have to vet you first for that truck, dear one.

Have not yet had to change the coil in my Cubis Pro on my Provari.
Can I count on the Provari giving me an error code when I need to change the coil ?

Nice innovation there, Terry, but doubtful ANY mod will tell you when to change the coil. Only your taste buds (and welp, perhaps your hairdresser) know for sure.

Now we are on to the TC battle

Define "we". ;)

We ARE??? I had not NOTICED!!!!

(<-------------- liar)

What I'd give to turn the clock back... :D

SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!

Ya can (and will). Domani, dahlink. ;)
